Terms and Conditions for a chance to win Belaire branded fridge (the “Promotion”)
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion. 2. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Promotion limited to those individuals whose mailing address for the prize delivery is in England, Scotland and Wales. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the individuals duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person, email address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 09:00 on 12th December 2025 and close at 23:59 on 4th January 2026.
4. Entry Instructions:
1. Purchase a minimum of one case of Belaire between 12th December 2025 and 4th January 2026 in Dhamecha stores nationwide
2. Scan the QR code on the Belaire banner in Dhamecha deopts nationwide
3. Fill in your details on the landing page
4. Upload proof of purchase and submit
You must complete the form on the landing page and consent to receiving marketing information from the brand.
5. The Prize:
a. There is one prize in total to be won. A single prize is a Belaire branded fridge (the “Prize”).
6. Winner selection:
a. The winner will be drawn by XXXX
b. The winner will be chosen by the brand via a randomised process. A member of the brand’s team will then contact the winner via email in order to verify their age and obtain delivery information.
c. The winner shall have a period of seven (7) days in order to reply to any emails sent by the Promoter. Should the winner fail to reply within this seven (7) day period, it shall be deemed that they have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter shall select an alternative winner using the same process as was used to select the original winner.
d. The winner must be aged 18 or over as at the start date of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age for the winner and may refuse to award the Prize if valid identification is not provided.
7. General:
a. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or Prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
b. Incomplete entries/claims or those not in accordance with the entry/claim instructions will not be accepted.
c. The winner’s surnames and counties will be made available upon request. Full names and counties will be made available to the ASA or any other competent body upon request.
d. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or date alternative is available. However, the Promoter reserves the right to award a similar alternative Prize of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
e. You agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates and agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the promotion, entry into the promotion or the acceptance of the Prize.
f. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
g. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries/claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
h. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter, which is also the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
i. Any information collected from entrants into the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of managing entry into the Promotion and administration of the Prize (the Promoter’s privacy policy is available here https://www.sovereignbrands.com/sovereign-brands-privacy-policy/
Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing. If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself.
j. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 7 days) and to refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
k. All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of the Prize being administered, unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter to send further communications.
l. If you use a mobile phone for entry into the Sweepstakes, the telephone calls, text messages or data usage you make or send will be charged at the prevailing rates charged by the telecommunication operators of such phone, which may vary from time to time.
m. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
